Diagnostics can be prepared now. Label criteria, award rules and commercial terms must be finalised before formal awards begin.

Mileva leads the programme. Assessment governance and conflict-of-interest rules must be formalised before the first awards. Commercial or ownership links with an applicant will need to be declared and addressed in the decision.
